LHA are a leading provider of affordable accommodation in the heart of London. Their rooms are used by students and young working professionals in London.

This, our second major project for LHA, comprised the construction of a 156 bedsit block, complete with social rooms, gym and laundry.

Being directly adjacent to the Westway our design was required to mitigate the effects of high road noise levels and air pollution, whilst achieving a BREEAM Excellent rating.
