The building provides a new home for the world-renowned art gallery Cabinet over three floors, with three floors of high quality residential accommodation above having wonderful views across this part of London.

We worked closely with the directors of Cabinet to develop the artificial and daylighting strategies for the gallery spaces including several iterations of lighting models.

The gallery spaces are all exposed concrete, so containment had to be very accurately cast in.  The galleries are naturally ventilated, designed to cope both with a few casual visitors and a large launch party.
